The other DG party in 88:

Later labelled the "Cabin Party" then moved to become a "Bingohall Party" :) Good times. It was fantastic weather, sunny and warm. Only drawback was 5km to walk to nearest Bakery, cause we didn't bring much food and was starving the next day. I gave up eating, it hurt a while, but after a couple hours it gave up and I was "fine". At least awake to hang with cool people at the party.

Sadly there was little effort from the arrangers to entertain people or help people overcome natural shyness mixed with teenage angst. So many ended up mostly talking to the few they travelled with. Or knew from trading. Remember Triton was organised with own T-shirts. Same with Wolf of Lengend. He had a nice white sweater with black letters, showing everyone who he was. Perhaps the whole team had own, but I only remember Wolf, as we talked briefly.

Either Ron or Yankee may have attended this party. See scroll in Kongoblatte by Software of Sweden. It states that Yankee did not sleep for at least 40 hours.

Dutch usa-team was there, so was the German usa-team. We had a good time there. Henrik is a really nice guy. Good laughs with Triad lads and 1001 crew.

DG87 was held in Odense, Denmark for the c64 scene. It was announced in
cracktros from DG, and confirmed from other sources. The attendants voted on
'cracker of the year', and the competition was won by Mr.Z/Triad, followed
by Laffen/Raw Deal. It was held the same weekend as The Danish Circle party,
also in denmark!
