Really nice. God how i would like to have my own portrait in that petscii style. I remember walking past the spot where Johey and Mindcooler was sitting at the party, seeing mindcooler work on the pic on the screen, and Johey sitting next to him. It was quite weird. (:

Quite refreshing, greato! It could be improved a bit upon IMO - those lines did not fit into the gfx, should have been done with contrast/silhouette line between areas of solid colours, rather than real lines.

groepaz: Actually that's something along the lines of what mindcooler himself said at the party. :-)

ptoing: "petscii" implies using the original rom charset though - that wont work well in ECM :)

i personally wonder how exactly this picture was created .... how could you miss that its not possible in petscii? :)

Really like this.
I just made a test out of curiosity and I think it would be possible to make this in PETSCII with ECM.

The 4 background colours would be black, white, light red and brown. The amount of chars needed for this would be 61, so you even would have 3 chars to spare.

Before someone complains about it being 93 blocks.. I was really, really pressed for time. I had like -5 minutes until deadline number 2, and the viewer just wouldn't work. I had to put the picture at $4000 for it to display, leading to a loading range of $0801-$6400.. :)

Cool picture! Anyone who knows Johey will see in 0.000001 seconds that this is a picture of him. Nize!
