"On my current GTKVice the crosshair is off about a sprite width at least."
And its exactly the same on real C64 with Magnum Lightphaser here. Unplayable for me, unfortunately.

pardon me :)
but did not consider the gtkvice as a really working platform.
I have windows 7. and the gtkvice doesn't work fine :(
i am using winvice 3.0-3.2. this is the best at the moment.
sorry, but this is my personal opinion.
did not think to mislead anyone

Requires an old version of WinViCE or a recent GTKVice (rev. 38913+) to work with lightgun.

It should also be noted that all wiggle events and the fight with the instructor were removed. Also the game is single player only now as it seems.

Jaws should really note that at least here on the release page :)

Lightgun games should also always come with a calibration routine. On my current GTKVice the crosshair is off about a sprite width at least.
