Well, since Rambones says on the forum (sorry i missed it before commenting here) that it was done by Decibel, i suspect that Fox was a Dutch guy, but which one, i have not idea.

Also it only said intro done by Fox, it never said he did the gfx, so i wonder who styled this very very nice intro.

I found him greeted in Amaurote/Black Tulip. Might be a local lamer.
btw, was there a famous fox pet cartoon on Danish television in the 80s? Everywhere 3rd Dane seemed to be called Fox at least once in his careeer.
