sorry for missing the readme files
i've put that TOOLS file in here for your convenience only - just to be able to start the project as quickly as possible without collecting everything first
of course everything but the D64EDITOR can be removed - if you feel better then ;)

So, this is a frozen in time collection of tools for the C64? A summary and decent screenshot (ie readable) would be good.
