Doesn't appeal to me, sorry. Seen better pixeled works from you, it hasn't the effect of a stunning pixelpiece, lots of disturbing white, just a incomplete face, and the usual common colourspreading you're doing since a long time, and maybe because you cannot invent a background drop. Looks like a quick job.
