As requested in the comments below, I added some code to enable creating 40 track D64s (as well as images containing error blocks). If you'd like to test it, send me a message and I'll send you a link to the updated EXE.

algorithm> I never bothered adding code to allow for extended track D64 creation since nobody has ever requested it. I'll look at getting it added though.

Would be nice to have the option of Creating a new D64 with extended tracks as well. (Or am I missing some option that may be available?)
