I was away from the scene for a while and I believed my eyes play a trick on me when I noticed this release among the games.

I can't imagine the amount of work and care that went into it. All I know that 1 minute after starting I played like the maniac kid that I was in the '80s.

Thank you for making it! Every bit of it amused me like the good things that I loved in the '80s.

The Magic Desk image had another problem on real hardware where the cartridge is shut down after the initial load to RAM. The cartridge disable has been removed to fix this since it is not necessary to do so. Vice and Hoxs didn't emulate this so I didn't know this was a problem. I have replaced the image and the zip with fixed versions.

The Magic Desk cartridge image was broken on real hardware but worked in Vice. There was a bug in the bootstrap code that has now been fixed. I have replaced the md image and the zip file to include the proper images.

Shine, play "Tiger Claw" and pretend it's the updated sequel... ;-)
Tiger Claw +3D

Would be fun with a new adventure, a new set of rooms.

Shine: It's a PC conversion. :) I am sure the coder want to keep it as close to the original as possible.

This update contains the following changes from the initial version.

* There was a place where you could be spawning and fall to your death immediately. This has been removed.
* You can skip the intro with the Commodore key to force kernal loading without seeing the entire intro.
* Sprite graphics was overwritten after a first playthrough. This is no longer the case.
* You can climb up from the water in the cage room.
* The drive detection has been improved to fall back to kernal loading instead of failing in case an error occurred.
* Bruce can no longer stand still on the edge of a travelator.

Could you elaborate a little bit about the improvements done to this version?

The more I play it the more I get hooked. Regardless of the crappy scene releases - keep improving whenever you find things! Awesome experience 30 yrs late! :)
