Great! The reason for the apparent ring modulation is that the filter is inverting. So when flipping the filter routing at some frequency, that's similar to applying ring modulation at that frequency to the waveform. | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 5 March 2018
Fantastic! Put it into compo then :) | User Comment Submitted by 4mat on 4 March 2018
Oops I didn't notice the 2-minute limit, I've uploaded a longer version. (rest is the same) Thanks for the nice comments, and special thanks to Mr.Ammo for testing it on hardware. Interesting to hear it's fairly similar just the extra channel is a bit quieter on there. | User Comment Submitted by DjS on 4 March 2018
Confirming this sounds great on a real SID. Impressive! | User Comment Submitted by psych on 4 March 2018
Holy shit! You need to extend it to meet the compo requirements. This is absolutely fantastic! | User Comment Submitted by Mr.Ammo on 4 March 2018
Interesting tune! --> on real hardware: https://goo.gl/mWPeCd
The first thing I noticed was that the play time is only 54 seconds.

Nonetheless really nice short tune! I like it! | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 4 March 2018
Rocks! Keep it a bit longer and throw it into the compo! | User Comment Submitted by F7sus4 on 4 March 2018
Now that's the s#!t I wanted to find in the compo. Creative and innovative af! (One question, though, as it seems to be 55 seconds long instead of expected 2 minutes?) | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 4 March 2018
What a blast! <3 Wonderful as idea and piece of music. Those arpeggioes are fab! If only it was longer to participate :( Is it routine from Fuji disk? | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 4 March 2018
mmmh sounds kinda weird on hw. pity | User Comment Submitted by 4mat on 4 March 2018
Not tested on hardware so who knows, either way 8580 only as it's too loud on 6581. |
