It's funny how these PAL territories seem to go out of their way to import NTSC fixed releases that were imported to the US/CAN. It was probably easier to get the fixes than it was the originals around this period because all the modem trading was being done in the US. A lot of releases were made universally compatible with PAL and NTSC for this reason.
