Stunningly excellent imho in every aspect. Sounds so unreal for C64 - looks so pretty on CRT so perfectly sync'd to rythm.
I remember Yuzo Koshiro OST for Streets of Rage (aka Bare Knuckle) series on Sega Mega Drive listening to this gems. | User Comment Submitted by Zibri on 13 November 2021
What I liked:
1) The loader (but why kick out other drives on the bus?!)
2) Graphics
3) Sounds and filters.
What I didn't like:
The tunes. Not my genre, except maybe the last one.
I loved your bladerunner version though ;) | User Comment Submitted by Knight Rider on 12 December 2020 User Comment Submitted by DubDee on 11 November 2020
So Amazing concept and loving the creation and full realease of this. You did really go all in! Menu tune is my favourite one. 10/10 | User Comment Submitted by F7sus4 on 29 July 2020
Superb. Really nice to have it released this way. As for the tracks, lots of cheese getting cut, yay! Cherry on the cherry at the top (of a cheese cake obviously).
@hedning: I recall G*P having "cracked" a music editor that didn't even had copy protection, so it might be actually nice to add SCC to the list. ;-) | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 28 July 2020
It has more to do with the mastering that was involved than with vinyl =) | User Comment Submitted by Grue on 28 July 2020
I don't usually play my vinyls as I believe in digital, but I must admit that I listened to this on vinyl and I'm amazed how much better it sounded vs digital version. It must be that vinyl treats those pulse waveforms in a special way and makes them so much smoother experience for the ears! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my cartridge as well :) | User Comment Submitted by LMan on 28 July 2020
Thank you everyone for the overwhelmingly positive response. <3 | User Comment Submitted by Dymo on 4 July 2020
Really great tunes I must say, a fabulous collection of earcandy :) | User Comment Submitted by Flex on 4 July 2020
What an awesome project LMan & co. It's always great to see people finish this kind of projects with this kind of enthusiasm and perfection - from the first note to packing and delivering.

Awesome stuff btw. Have been playing it 24/7 since I got it. | User Comment Submitted by LMan on 3 July 2020
Oh it was meant as an encouragement, since I love G*P intros. Nevermind then :)
I know if someone wanted it for free they could get it anytime. And others, who would support the cause will do it anyway, free d64 or not. I trust in the goodness of people. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 3 July 2020
LMan: We had no plans "cracking" this as there was a d64 already sent out and available when backing it. :) Don't worry. Don't know why you point us out specifically. We have no track record of cracking music compilations. | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 3 July 2020 User Comment Submitted by Shogoon on 3 July 2020
Congrats to You mate, on this great achievement. It's an absolutely Sid Wizardry. | User Comment Submitted by LMan on 3 July 2020
Just to make it clear: cracks of the d64 were anticipated and I'm cool with it. Actually I'm looking forward, G*P looking at you... just make sure you guilt shame people into buying it, lol.
As for the .crt, I respectfully ask everyone to leave that alone and get it via my shop or RGCD; the .d64 is virtually identical anyway. | User Comment Submitted by Mibri on 3 July 2020
A wonderful collection of cutting-edge SID tunes; congratulations on the release! | User Comment Submitted by LMan on 2 July 2020
