I use NTSC because it has a slight detune compared to PAL an I always play my SID files on a player on my phone anyway, I might start composing on PAL again sometime soon

This .sid is set for NTSC speed and also as CIA timing, but CIA timing is useless here if it's only 1x NTSC, can be set safely for VBL timing.
I don't really know why a user from PAL countries would create tunes for NTSC playback but probably it's because they don't even use real HW at all, and it's just used as a tempo adjustment, am I correct? =)
