Quartz seemed to me like a fake group and or side project from Madman: Contact Us 2

The demos looked the same, code was the same, same city, no accusations of ripping code - maybe Madman switched his PLK address before joining Promise, for me they are the same.

Also regarding the PLK serial (Quartz: XX6, Madman in the linked demo XX7) this wasn't by accident. I went multiple times to the Post Office back then to get a PLK. PLK were simply ID cards handed out in ascending order much like a textbook where you tear out a page.

There was no desired number. The officer would simply hand it out in order of appearance. I got, say, XX17, and my accompanying friend got XX18. Next in line got XX19 and so on.

For me, this is the best evidence that there was some voluntary social connection if not the same person.
