Or, as Scrap said, just use the built-in cheat. There's even a way to get a (saved) high score with cheats. ;)

o'dog: correct, thanks for the heads up. I just named it wrong (easy instead of relax). The difference is, that in relax mode all three trainers (lives, time and hints) are all together enabled, and can't be separate chosen. Besides that, as explained our level skip is the advantage even for relax mode.

Trainers 1-3 are already included in "Relax" mode, not "Easy".
