| The One Hour Game Jam is a weekly game that aims to create a short game in around one hour. There is a theme that is announced right at the start. Generally, one has one hour to finish and upload the game, but the timing is somewhat relaxed there. Since this is a non-competitive jam, there is no designated winner. Any platform is allowed to make the game. From time to time, there are games made for retro platforms. Of course, there are also some for the C64. I find this jam challenging and relaxing at the same time, and it helps to train your game dev skills and learn how to assess the time some part needs. |
