For those of you interested in background details to this song, I've got a hint from emulaThor over at Forum64.de: 'Big Poppa' by The Notorious B.I.G. (released 1994) is using samples from 'Between the Sheets' by The Isley Brothers (1983).
There are many other artists who sampled 'Between the Sheets'. Among them is A Tribe Called Quest who used it already in 1990 in a quite similar way as BIG in 'Bonita Applebum (Hootie Mix)'.
