changes in version 1.1:

- bugfix: blinking numbers (level 9) adapted for all color schemes
- bugfix: avoid graphic glitch when saving highscores with sd2iec and fc3
- added instructions for 2 player modes
- active menu item is now blinking (improved visibility)
- some minor cosmetic improvements
