Absolutely beautiful. I tried to look for looping when I watched it at the party, but nothing stood out. Very well done, Knut!

this has to be the best water effect ever on the c64.

and it isn't just the convincing movement and the clever use of every-other-line action either, but the dithered sprite font makes it look soo cool. and then suddenly the sprites dive under the surface :O

Lovely lovely lovely demo effect, and Linosh's leads are as silky smooth as anything you'll hear. Fossil are (still!) some real cool cats!

That water effect was my favourite thing in the entire compo(s) by far. Also looks much better than it did on the stream, and it's not using interlace flickery either as i guessed the other night - really well done!

Some details would be interesting (is this based on isobands?)
