Well, as stated in the goof from 2006:
Crashes after part 3 due to some error with the decrunching.
If you use VICE you can make it to the last part though.
When it crashes & asks if you want to enter the monitor answer YES.
Then do:
t 082d ffff 0810
x
Reset the emulator.
sys 2064

Voila!

Part 4 of the demo doesn't start because of a CPU jam.
