The official ASM'03 (?) disc does not contain the image, hence the first download link is irrelevant.

I wouldn't say it's a rip, rather a copy. Nevertheless, up to my knowledge, it wasn't affecting any kind of copyrights.
On the other hand, the actual winning picture might also classify as a rip, as it is a copy of a Groucho Marx portray.
