Indeed i coded this demo back than as successor for the first circle twist.falco did some Bros intros instead, i might have put an eastern egg in the code somewhere. It was one of the last pieces i programmed on the c64.baz

The Memberlist in the first scroller in circle twist II goes like this: bambam coco firkin gene madsquad mcl the dwarf.
Since Baz coded Circle Twist I. I could imagine it was him again who coded Circle Twist II. (Baz = Madsquad = subgroup of Bros).

I'm not sure if Falco did the code for this demo, I speculated and added him. He's guilty as charged unless proven otherwise... The hand was ripped from a game, forgot which one. The sprites are done by Falco too, I think.
