This sysop was busted during one of the federal government anti-piracy/anti-hacker sweeps, conducted by the Secret Service, known as 'Operation Sundevil'. All of his computer equipment and a video camera were taken as part of the investigation. He was investigated and busted for abusing the heavily phreaked 950-0266 system of Southern California. Eventually the board returned to service, but with little connection to the scene.
