@Carrion:
In http://plus4world.powweb.com/tools there are some available graphic tools, mostly very primitive apart the recent Csabo's GfxEditor (you can directly ask to the author if you need some personal customizations). If you install the Varga's plus4emu emulator (the best emulation we know, at cost of being unfriendly an heavy), you'll get as a bonus the in-cre-di-ble multiformat graphic converted used by Piesiu in the very final step. Of course, there are several native bitmap editors too, with the acme of "Multi Botticelli" over any else.

Talking (very roughly!) about graphic formats: yes, the Plus/4 manages 121 colours with a certain waste in colours memory (a bit less than 2K), but it forces 2 fixed colours for the whole MC bitmap instead of 1, leaving 2 free colours per 4x8 box only!
Advanced formats: along the years, we had several attempts, someone very disastrous, in order to learn how to manage the double DMA duty cycle per char row ( http://plus4world.powweb.com/software/Gif_Collection , brrrrr!), till finally we used to code for DFLI (Double FLI) and similar stuff (http://plus4world.powweb.com/software/Drea-M-time_XXXII). A brief explication of this can be read here: http://plus4world.powweb.com/plus4encyclopedia/500027

PS: I'm with Ninja, single dedicated sites would be fine, simply they should find a common way to link each other when needed (example: the crosslinking between games sites in order to connect different machines'version of the same game, which connects Lemon64 to Plus/4 World to MSX Generation and so on...).

There is plus4world.com if you want to vote for +4 stuff. A fine site, well worth to be kept seperately IMO.

@Carrion thanks for your vote to TED based stuff.

C+4 limits:
read here: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=56714
in article "Porownanie mozliwosci..."

Piesiu use grafx2 + plus4conv because there is no usefull pixel program to paint in C+4 modes on PC.
I read 3-4 years ago: http://plus4world.powweb.com/forum/13584 Oswald plan add c+4 modes and limits to Project One but as you see, P1 still allow only C64 modes.

Wonderland - Piesiu of Agenda looks excellent.
For some reason it brought back memories on Street Fighter II Turbo on the Snes. It might have something to do with the tree.

btw. maybe time for add c+4 stuff to CSDB. Small section. Because more comments, votes will revive c+4 scene. On CSDB looks everyday a lot of peoples, not only c64 users but Atari,PC etc. Maybe on next compo start not only Piesiu but Carrion, Archmage, Lars, Ptoing, Veto, Louie, and many others. Second, many c64 users has TED based comodore too. And as you see above (Piesiu work: non interlace DFLI) C+4 has an excellent possibilities in graphics. It's just my suggestion to consider. I know this is "c64 scene database" but maybe it's time for "Commodore scene Database"

Luca; my money would be on Photoshop with appropriate constraints either by the artist or some plugin (there exists some at least for C64 work, they should be easy to modify methinks) and the plus/4 fli-converter done by someone. In any case, I also eagerly wait for the pic. :)

While the organizers are cleaning the official party releases disk, I had a peek-in of Piesiu's very first work on a 264 Commodore machine. It looks like an MCI, but in the Plus/4 world there's nothing powerful and friendly enough in order to edit that kind of pic, though he also provided workstages. Hence, at the moment, it's a riddle for the whole Plus/4 scene, so let's simply wait for its release and we all shall ask about ;)

So where can we see Piesiu's latest work of art? I checked Bitfellas, it's not on there yet!...
