Judging from the trees, it's very windy at this place, maybe Northern Germany. But it must be PETSCII-ed in some left-hand traffic country or a city crowded with drunken wrong-way drivers :)

I did freeze my PETSCII pic, I hope that is ok, when you press CTRL+2 than you directly in the pic with the cursor.
