Great intro and nice fresh idea ... like the minimal style! ... TB-303 rulz ;) | User Comment Submitted by wacek on 5 December 2013
Guys, thanks for your comments. And I completely respect your viewpoint (which is strictly crack-intro oriented).
But my feeling is that if someone calls this 'too minimalistic' then it means that a) you have no idea about the guy whom this intro is a tribute to, and therefore b) you entirely missed its point.
To put it briefly, Plastikman is one of incarnations of Richie Hawtin, who is considered one of godfathers of acid minimal techno. Now, did you notice the word that I used there? :) You can google the guy, his music, or his videos like "Plastique", and then come back and once again judge, if adding a colorful logo and a FLD here would NOT be entirely contradictory to the thought behind it. For me the intro is just a container for something else. So calling it 'too minimalistic' is like calling the sky 'too blue' a little bit ;)
On the other hand: "Impressive and original design and all elements fit together very well." I couldn't ask for a higher praise, so thank you. Even if in the end this means a vote of 6/10 ;) | User Comment Submitted by daison on 5 December 2013
the intro transistion is damn slick, design is clear, but the minimalism while 'running' makes it a bit too boring for me. Good work tho. | User Comment Submitted by bepp on 3 December 2013
Slick design but perhaps a bit too minimalistic? | User Comment Submitted by Hammerfist on 2 December 2013
Impressive and original design and all elements fit together very well. But not much happening, which isn't my taste, so only 6/10. | User Comment Submitted by Akira on 2 December 2013
Wacek love your work. Always pushing the boundaries of what is commonly accepted as a "scene prod'. No limits! Keep it up! | User Comment Submitted by Kordiaukis on 1 December 2013 User Comment Submitted by celticdesign on 1 December 2013

Not bad for one-man army. | User Comment Submitted by G-Fellow on 30 November 2013
FUCK, THIS IS DAMN CoOL... This minimalistic intro is damn great, I know some tunes from PLASTIKMAN, from the past...and this all fit perfect together!
I have to lend me the idea for the tune, only the idea...have to make a tune soon with this style.... ^^

A 6581 compatible version... let me see what I can do without owning an actual 6581, Mermaid ;)
And of course, the full 11+ minutes version of "For Those About To Acid", the music from this intro, is coming... ;) | User Comment Submitted by Beastifire on 30 November 2013

minimal but slick, nice anim and fades. | User Comment Submitted by Mermaid on 30 November 2013
Great! However, it gets a few minus points for not working properly on 6581. | User Comment Submitted by psych on 30 November 2013 User Comment Submitted by wacek on 30 November 2013
