I highly doubt that this was made specifically for Tiger Disk. I suspect it stands for something like "Trash (Design?)" - there are 2 groups named Trash here which don't have an akronym added...
The download is indeed just copy-pasted from TD 111 - time is limited, and I rather spend it to add more releases with all infos correctly etc, but anyone is welcome to copy the release to a separate d64 and ad it here. :-)

I thought of this too, but does it make sense to mention TD only for this file on the disk?
If this tool is meant specific for the Tiger Disk then this release can be removed since Tiger Disk is already an entry on CSDb.

The disk uploaded is a dupe of Tiger-Disk #111. Better extract the file from the disk and make a new disk/tape for it then uploading disks where people have to find out how to load it. Most of the disk has nothing to do with this release.

The filename mentions it is done by TD. Which TD can this be?
