You should state your references. This is a copy of a concept by fightpunch.

So this is some guy getting headache in the future? I think the headache looks nice, all blue and dandy.

Could it be some kind of pleasent futuristic intoxication that later turns out to THE headache of the future?

Overall a nice, but a little rough piece of art.

Thanks for workstages - I have to say as well that the strong contrast and black outlines in the earlier versions worked quite well, but the end result is also ok, considering the looong break. And I do like the stare of his eyes!

I'm not sure, but maybe I like the work stages better.

I added few first stages pictures, not all of them I have.

Looks like it is a collage with a still from the Kinski movie "The Little Drummer Girl"

I dont feel that suspicious about converting, in that case the dithered / non dithered areas should be about same size, which is not the case here. also very strong contrast with the blacks. looks to me like a 30% finished STE picture. good foundations.

Reminds me of Peter Weller in 1987 RoboCop without helmet.

Yes, in this case I think I have to ask for workstages... Plus, I would like to see your pic from 1991 as well. :-)

Yes, looks like downscaled from higher resolution, then converted to C64.
