it feels like its 1986 in good old enhanced hyperreality :) | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 10 September 2015
Somehow not on par with Commando and IKARI letters without antialias drag it a bit down. Still, very nice :) | User Comment Submitted by tonysavon on 10 September 2015

No sorry there's no re-release for this, it was just me converting an amstrad screen I did for the cpc community to the c64 to see if it could be done. | User Comment Submitted by St0rmfr0nt on 9 September 2015
Can't be better on C64, awesome work. Hope to see more of something like this.
Is there another jewel version in the pipe this time about this title? Would be GREAT !!! | User Comment Submitted by Thierry on 9 September 2015 User Comment Submitted by Dr.j on 9 September 2015
Maybe its just me but the Ikari logo remind one the early intros of Ikari made by Doc ;) | User Comment Submitted by Shine on 9 September 2015
Really cool picture ... but the Ikari logo is not really my taste! :) | User Comment Submitted by Dr.j on 9 September 2015

btw I like the ambiguity of this screen, of course we know he's chewing off the pin of a handgrenade, but he might as well just have a beer while his mate does all the shooting :D | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 9 September 2015
Swwweeeet!
Is there a new version ahead? 8) :D | User Comment Submitted by Motion on 9 September 2015
Bloody marvellous...as always! ;) | User Comment Submitted by STE'86 on 9 September 2015
this was originally done for the Amstrad, and reverse engineered back to the c64 on a whim. Uploaded here for no other reason than completeness of the database. It is in no way indicative of any forthcoming Nostalgia project. So dont ask :) |
