The new tokenizer removes non-escaped back slashes, which may break user scripts that have enquoted file paths with whitespaces. Current workaround, as Soci suggested: use double back slashes (so "C:\\my path\\64tass.exe" instead of the former possible "C:\my path\64tass.exe"). I'll probably revert this change in a quick hot fix update. | User Comment Submitted by soci on 9 September 2015
Oswald: I help in some parts only, Testicle is the lead in this one. | User Comment Submitted by Testicle on 9 September 2015
No, it is no new bug, converting the script line works as intended. Perhaps it's a JRE issue? Have you tried to move kickass.jar into another directory with no white spaces in the file path, and then don't surround the path with quotes? | User Comment Submitted by Testicle on 9 September 2015

It already worked, so it must be a bug introduced by one of the new command line features. Is filed this issue at GitHub, so I don't forget it. | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 9 September 2015

Double slashes works :) thanks! | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 9 September 2015
or use forward slashes, windows should swallow them too :) | User Comment Submitted by soci on 9 September 2015

I get this error when trying to compile
Error: Unable to access jarfile C:rogram Files (x86)ickAssemblerickAss.jar
Seems like it ate the \ chars and the first char of each folder/filename.
The script i made by dragging files to the script window. Worked perfectly in v3.3.3
I am new to Relaunch64 so i might be doing something wrong :) |
