@ZeSmasher: no worries, chances are that Crudla shows up together with her dad at X - and in parental company, that should not be a problem. :)
@PAL: ctg = Commodore-Treffen Graz, a bi-monthly meeting organized mainly by the aforementioned dad. :)

playing extra-dad. hehe. lol! :)
no, the meaning of my post was: what happens if Crudla or some other "new scener" teenager paints a fab bitmap (better than this one, that's it.. hehe) and she wants to show it live at next X?
remote entry? that's not the spirit! give the file to her dad? kinda lame; I taught my daddy how to turn on a pc and how to use the mouse, not viceversa! keep the file for 4-5 years while listening to justin bieber till you are 18? c'mon...

@ Crudla: Cool, besides overlook people trying to be extra-dads, harsch qrit etc. Do your stuff and find your motivation within or elsewhere scene. noone can thouch that, esp not trying to think about your family conditions as the the the two former posts, kindful or not...

Hey look, it's another less-than-18-year-old on the scene. You have my support. :)

Hi Crudla, welcome to the scene! :)

your age... it makes me wonder...
I don't want to start a thread on the forum but: the most of us got a c64 or started to do something with it at that age. then we visited the first (copy-)party when 15-16; some of us were younger, some older. But: todays main events (not all) are allowed only for 18+. I guess that general rule exists because of alcoholic drinks around. That's understandable, but I still feel a sense of injustice about that. I mean: we could, now you can't. uhmz...

@shine:Thanks!
@Joe:Of course I will keep on pixeling!
You will see some more pics in the future...and I will try to make the outline smoother.

You show some insecurities in how to deal with the actual outline of the characters building up the letters,
but I also sense you are experimenting with the plateaus on which they are standing. So I think you are onto something.
If you would just take it further. Keep up the graphical work. You'd be surprised how deep the rabbit hole goes...

I am thirteen years old now and this is my very first release! I made it for "Commodore-Treffen Graz". :)
