ah that must be because the link doesn't directly link a file, added a more direct link (get instead of view in url)

I noticed this also in other releases: if you click on "https://files.scene.org/view/resources/gotpapers/magazines/comm.." browser open "http://csdb.dk/release/download.php?id=184423" which return the error.
But if you try "original url" instead, all works fine...

That is automatic, not set by someone, links are periodically checked by the db, if in that moment it resulted in a 404 or other error, it adds this warning. Next time it'll be checked and the file is there, the warning will probably go away.

The Link to the PDF works fine, so please remove the "(Link might be broken.)" tag.
