Hm, that's interesting. I have no idea how that cloned version differs from the original. But my REU detection is very straightforward: it tries to do a transfer and if it succeeds, you got it (so it is not likely to be missed). However, there are some special cases, when the REU and GeoRAM tests are disabled for compatibility issues (e.g. when using with an IDE64). And there might also be some cases, when the REU cannot be accessed because of the hardware: when another expansion takes the same $DF00 I/O space away (e.g. a second/third SID, an EasyFlash or a freezer card etc.).

It detects my real REU, but fails to detect the modern DAC 1MB REU clone (I've got one rev. 0.2.0).
