To clarify: "totally legit crack" in this context means "an Isepic freeze that Elite Connection did himself" as opposed to taking someone else's. In 1985 releasing your own Isepics as cracks didnt have the stigma it would later have.

I'm going to make some assumptions:
1. Gammaron was published by an Aussie software company and most likely never made it to the states.
2. Elite Connection probably Isepic'd someone else's crack or just changed the text on an existing Isepic. The game missing its' title screen is also a red flag.

It would be easy to leave it at that but this Gammaron doesnt match the other ones in csdb. It seems like it's been NTSC fixed and it has different sprites. Maybe it did have a NA release and this is a totally legit crack. Maybe.

This release is identical to http://www.gamebase64.com/game.php?id=14686&d=18&h=0 without the title screen.
