Yes, because of in game cheat.
Use keyboard to choose trainer if you want
to play without.
No 3rd Version coming, for sure.
More senseless like this here was.

| This is just because holding Joystick #2 Right when the main code of the preview starts activates the built in cheat mode (unlimited lives). :D |

Sorry, but the problem is still there.
When you push the keys N and N on the trainer menu, the trainers are correctly off.
But when you push RIGHT and RIGHT on the trainer menu (meaning NO and NO), you still get unlimited lives... |
