Extremely rare find. This is definitely not Anarchy, I'm not even sure if the "bamf" and "anarchy" are referring to anything specific. This is definitely Nightcrawler of ICEE, though, who is releasing an old Mastertronic game with a Super Titlemaker intro. This is very much an artifact of the local NYC scene, connected to We Share Our Warez and probably the earliest incarnation of NEC.
