I remember this from when it was released. It was right before 1001 released their ESCOS demos and SOON.

What do you base that upon? There's no date mentioned, just the year 1986 which is the same as when 1001 Crew released their first ESCOS-pictures.
I recall 1001 slagging down on Ratt because of some buggy sideborder release, maybe it was this one?

If it was really working, Ratt would have been the first doing ESCOS. ;)
