St0rmfr0nt, the homepage you're referring to is broken. The whois information for the website linked says:
Domain: excess64.de
Status: free

Please update the website link and upload the disk cover. I believe the file limit has been increased for a while now.

There is NO chance because of the filesize of 1.9 MB. But you can download all covers from our Homepage. All the best in 2006 to all sceners!

I have removed the maintainer.
No lock before there is no download source and please upload the file if possible (file size), too.
Homepages are NO Download Source!
