Since i could not find the elusive release and docs, more archaeology in to FLT releases i found the original Gollum cracked version and found it's cracked earlier than the 22nd October, docs date the Crack to the 18th October 1988. This contains a note from Strider to, I restored the disk a bit by removing the other game on side A and music file on side B, but put in the Sarge's picture to restore the disk images sort of. But here is the loading picture, docs and full game including cool notes and graphics by The Sarge!

The_Last_Ninja_II_+4D-FLT.zip (Is the full clean FLT version with Docs)

Thanks Didi noticing this and letting us fix this!

File is the INC import. Don't know where the docs are which are credited.
