Very nice picture. What i like: The Composition, the theme (first medieval picture for a looong time!), the hair, the broidering, the dress and the hands. What i don't like: The face (it appears a bit blurry somehow, and the dithering is a bit strange), the pillars on the right (took me some time to recognize them as such!)

What wonderful colour usage! Makes me think the c64 has more colours. I love the eye for detail, and the glass bowl that has a good contrast over the water. Nice medieval atmosphere, too.

@Mirage: Resignation (for the old one) and uncertainty (the just-married one).
Those ships aren´t going on a fishing-spree,you know.. ;)

@WEC: wrong!

@Bizzmo: it's a pretty useless picture if it doesn't have a story, make something up and add it to the trivia :)

Nice anisotropic lighting in the hair

Another superb pic, Bizz! \:D/

Two questions arised in my mind:
- is she standing infront of a mirror or there is a person on her right?
- is she drinking sake?

Wondering when you were going to finish this. Fantastic as ever - great work bud! :) I still like those shoulders...cor! Come to think of it, I like the hair too... hmm, there's a pattern forming here.

Her Grandma was a man ? this picture seems to be more sophisticated than i thought, dealing with issues of transsexuality in ancient times. very impressive.
