I have played Turrican III just some minutes ago for the first time and I like the version and also the game! Nice works! \o/ ;-)

@cadaver: Okay, maybe I have gotten it wrong from memory.

It still boggles my mind why Wanderer removed the +7 version which is/works better from everywhere and instead put the much worse +5 version here.

I'm quite certain IDE64 can't fix gameplay / getting stuck bugs :)

Almost gave up on believing on a crack of this. Isn't the IDE64 supposed to fix the bugs? (So worthless for none-IDE64 users) and wasn't there a rumour that Onlaught is going to do a crack and fix? How about it? Such a great game and nobody wants to fix/train proper?

@Frantic: The +7 is at http://www.wanderer64.com/download.asp?nm=98 and in the readme file it says it's supposed to work 100% unlike the +5 on all levels

Try this:

[.Press RESTORE to engage trainer mode at the BEGINNING of a new level.]

May I ask why he is banned?

Man, don't ask... Scene-police material, case closed. ;-)

the question isnt why he is banned, its why it took so long!

Just noticed that Wanderer uploaded a +7 version too, on Antidote. Seems like he didn't upload it here aswell.. hmm..

Does that make much difference though? This game is ninjasweet at places, but the bugs are so evil it looks like AEG just wanted it out of the door and nothing further to do with it. It's unreasonable to expect anyone else to take on the work he should have done in the first place.

I "wander" eh wonder why he just didnt use the ingame cheats, then he would have been even cooler ;)
This is just the normal wanderer quality.. The game features too many bugs to actually been worth to release.

radiantx: distribution of unprotected games/previews has been called 'cracking' for at least the last decade or more.

This is not a crack. The game was/is unprotected in all versions.

pWz0red my ass!1 :D
The trainers are far for being complete (only levels 1-3, bosses still killing)
Here's some of the missing pokes, wdr!

poke 43fa,0 = level 1-1 normal unl lives
poke 487b,0 = level 1-1 endboss unl lives
poke 4960,0 = level 1-2 normal unl lives
poke 429b,0 = level 3-1 endboss unl lives

poke 495f,0 = level 2-1 unl lives
poke 487a,0 = level 2-1 unl lives
poke 43f9,0 = level 2-1 unl lives

poke 42EC,0 = level 3-1 invincibility (search for LDA $0915)
poke 3811,0 = level 3-2 invincibility
poke 325f,0 = level 3-3 invincibility

poke 3fff,0 = level 4-1 unl lives (sbc #$01 sta $913)
poke 6337,2c = level 4-1 unl energy (dec $911)

and so on.. hope to see a 101%fix of this one soon <3

Anyway the main reason for not releasing this one is clearly that EVERY level has to be bugfixed, which is a long process no one bothers to do.

You know, I believe this is in fact the first trained version of the most hyped game of this decade. I mean, you may not like who did it (and I don't!), but you can't deny that he just pwned the lot of you. And then people wonder why the cracking scene is considered dead...

Also: a shame it doens't fix any of the bugs though...
