I checked all the Zax-Ripp releases and it might be that everything is done in January 1990, instead of 1989.

I disagree, since the date is mentioned 2 times in the release and also all other Zax-Ripp releases are done around the same date. It doesn't seem to be a typo here.

I think you're referring to the other game with the same name which is released at the end of 1989 but that one doesn't have music at all.

1990 seems more likely.
