no, we should not. nowadays, the 8-/16-bit scenes TOGETHER are about as big as the whole PC scene. we should all join forces against the evil PC (Windoze) scene! ;_) |

Sorry Fman, to ruin your day again, but I remember having a complete Spectrum Emulator for C64 that had the font.
So there's not much new about it. ;)

I agree with Oswald that such a font would be hard to read on a TV, provided one uses a dark background and a light foreground (on my old monitor single white pixels would appear to be red). I've noticed that when inverting the colors (dark/black foreground and light background) fonts become quite readable, as seen in quite a few diskmags in the 90's, IIRC.

for those who want an (on the c64) unusable thin font, i recommend vic20 charset
