I think you got the credits wrong.
Defcon is not the group but the person, member of ITT (whatever group that is, it's not in CSDb).
His 'partners in crime', Exel and Agron, aren't in CSDb either.

BTW, I always wondered: how come NTSC rasters are even borked when WinVICE is set to NSTC-M?
Is it bad coding or is WinVICE not 'compatible'?
