in the scrolltext it's said the tune is composed by someone of The Force. made with future composer and apparently it's a preview.
could be any of those guys actually.

Completely out of sync, I bet it's just a bad rip of something else, btw I can't find anything similar and will be included in /DEMOS/UNKNOWN/

I couldn't figure out who composed the intro music.
I'm not sure if it's the HVSC
