Added another version that contains a small bonus part by Zorc on side 2, and another note on side 1 (which is an edited version of the credits note, and looks rather fake ;).

chessboard flight was a reprise of 'radio napalm' effect ;)

After Quiss, PVT and PVCF quit the C64, it was a big suprise that Reflex was still able to come up with such a strong demo at The Party 1996.
For its time, it had quite some revolutionary effects on C64 such as landscape, blob potentials, fractal colorzoomer, flight through chessboards and many rotzoomers.
I still remember how the hall screamed and applauded at TP6 when the ski animation was shown ;-)
The soundtrack is quite stunning, too. The downside of the demo is that it has too much low res stuff and some effects seem to be quite simular to each other.
Nevertheless, a cool demo!

Way too much interlace and plasma's, RLE's or how do you call them. Never liked interlace anyway, but besides that a nice demo :)

a good take on looking like a dos-demo around that time, alas it's not really a beauty.
the music made up for all that though, great tunes jeff and praiser!

the code was kick ass at its time, the chessboard is still ruling. the skier "video" imho is one of the cheapest parts, some simple RLE packer on 8x4, I didnt like it even back in the day.

An excellent performance in the attempt of looking beyond the concepts of a C64 scene...
