infact it is not, it's Danko\Light_Intro.sid, even credtited in the scroller ("gaunt for the fuxin xxaxx")

I'm not sure if the tune in part 2 is really by Skysurfer, as his other tunes in HVSC are all from the 90s. Maybe the tune was "recycled" in Rock'n'Role and miscredited to him...?
