I believe it's supposed to be Pira-Ted. "PLEASE READ CAPT. KID'S FILE" refers to Pira-Ted.... The Real Truth!. Based on what we know of when the events described in this release happened, it's safe to place this at the end of February, 1988.

Derp... My mistake. The one I looked at has an additional crack screen and is not the native release.

However, it's still an ESI release. Read the scroller. :)

This is actually an ESI release and is already present in the Db.
