It works in Micro64 since build 615 from 23. October 2011 too.

Hoxs64 v1.0.7.3 do the trick by tweaking.

Interestingly, no emulator runs this one 100% so far.
Vice 2.3 x64.exe and x64sc.exe acts differently, still the scroller picture is shown garbled and tune 2 is played.
CCS 3.8 plays tune 1.
