Seems there could be a problem with Rocket Ranger at least. User Dany on lemon64 has had some troubles:

"That Nostalgia version transfered to CRT fails when you play it for a while... in fact it has multiple errors (the game gets frozen, or it pass 3 chapters in a row, or even there's one that makes a cursor appears...)"

Does anybody care to check? Has anyone here played it for an extended time on real hardware?
