Though I like some aspects, there's also much room for improvement. The drying-out lake looks like a hammock to my mind. Perspective/distance could also be overhauled, e.g. that mouse must be large enough to bite off those aliens a few legs. Besides, I'd have picked all shades of grey and not black for the dithering of the cacti and the texture of the dunes.

Still, it's a good picture.
